Move AI from demo to governed production
I am the final decision-maker on AI strategy and enterprise architecture at BSC, and I write for the Forbes Technology Council on the ownership and evidence AI needs once it is in production.

Case Studies
My role, the team’s role and what changed. Clients are never named.
How two years of executive and technical trust with one enterprise customer became a first agreement, then a separate, larger one.
How owning both the technical relationship and the growth goals took a strategic financial-services engagement to 220% of its year-end target.
Connecting business priorities, product investment, and architecture decisions for an enterprise AI product.
Leading the people, priorities, and operating responsibilities supporting a shared enterprise AI platform.
What I Am Hired To Do
Each one is part of my current mandate, with the evidence beside it.
I am the final decision-maker on AI strategy and enterprise architecture at BSC, and I write for the Forbes Technology Council on the ownership and evidence AI needs once it is in production.
I own product direction, technology, marketing, delivery timelines and quality as BSC moves from services-led delivery to a product-led business.
As the principal technical counterpart to sales leadership, I translate AI and architecture into ROI, risk and commitments a team can actually deliver, across financial services, payments, insurance and healthcare.
I started BSC’s Solution Architecture function and grew it from one architect to nine, with the standards, career paths and mentorship that make delivery repeatable.
Recommendation
His ownership and drive are head and shoulders above the bar. I don’t say that lightly.
He doesn’t hand things off and hope. He stays close to every release and every rollout, and when a hard client issue comes up he moves right away and takes it on directly. … I’d want him on any team I lead.
Perspective
Selected writing from Forbes and AWS on accountable AI and putting it into production.
Forbes Technology Council
An AI-generated status is only a claim until governed, reconcilable evidence backs it. Leaders need the discipline to say “not proven” and a named owner for the outcome.

Forbes Technology Council
Most AI failures come down to ownership, decision rights and the operating model, not the model itself.
