Executive team
Companywide AI strategy and enterprise architecture
Track Record
I joined BSC Analytics as an engineer in 2018 and earned each step from there: team lead, enterprise architect, CTO and now Chief AI Officer. Before technology, I spent 15 years building fitness businesses of my own and served in the U.S. Marine Corps infantry. The common thread is owning the outcome.

Current Mandate
I lead AI and technology work where business value, security, auditability, customer trust and day-to-day operations all have to be designed together. I own companywide AI strategy and enterprise architecture, and I am accountable at the executive level for product direction, technology, marketing, delivery timelines and quality.
Selected Results
I spent two years building the first enterprise customer relationship for our AI products, then led the go-to-market work that turned it into a two-year agreement. A separate, larger three-year agreement followed. Together, the two agreements total more than $20 million in contracted value.
Read the case →From March to December 2022, I owned both the technical relationship and the growth goals, and the engagement reached 220% of its five-team year-end target. I was the senior technical lead for about 50 BSC professionals and worked with roughly 100 client engineers and technology leaders.
Read the case →I started BSC’s Solution Architecture function and grew it from one architect to nine. Today I lead about 30 people across Product and Solution Architecture: 10 direct reports and about 20 indirect, across three layers.
I coauthored AWS-published guidance for a Fortune 500 financial-services platform running 72 Amazon EKS clusters, more than 86,000 pods and over 6,000 nodes.

Recommendations
His ownership and drive are head and shoulders above the bar. I don’t say that lightly.
He doesn’t hand things off and hope. He stays close to every release and every rollout, and when a hard client issue comes up he moves right away and takes it on directly. … I’d want him on any team I lead.
As Chief AI Officer, Todd identified our core market and set a product vision he aligned from the CEO down to every team. That clarity let us introduce a product suite that diversified our revenue …
Todd built our product organization from the ground up. Under his guidance, my team has grown from 5 to 35 across customer support, UX/UI, development, and product ownership. … I’m a better leader because of Todd, and I recommend him without hesitation.
One thing I really appreciate about him is how much he invests in the growth of the engineers on his team, not only professionally but also as individuals. He genuinely cares about people and helps them grow, develop their skills, and reach their potential.
Todd is hungry for knowledge, learns quickly, is dogged in his pursuit of a solution, builds great client relationships … leads by example, and is receptive to feedback.

Technical Proof
A few talks and reference implementations that show I still work close to the technology.

I care about being useful, being direct and following through, at work and at home. I’m a husband and a dad. Most weekends you’ll find me at a baseball field watching my son play, or catching up with my daughters. Family is a big part of my life.
